Our home kitchen was the original mad scientist kitchen where we gave birth to most of our recipes. We have had countless tasking sessions where we have invited our neighbors and friends to come and sample our blends and give us some feedback.
Once we are happy with the initial tasting results, we move the manufacturing process to our commercial kitchen on Memorial Drive inside 610 loop. All of our products are manufactured and warehoused at a commercial food grade facility which is routinely audited by the Health Department.
Although tea is a cottage law product which allows people to make tea at their home and sell in local markets, we decided to setup a commercial facility from very early days that was auditable by health department to ensure that our product quality meets all necessary health standards at all times and our customers could always trust our quality.
